Hydraulic Fittings
Hydraulic Connections are used to connect hydraulic circuit lines and constitute an important part of the hydraulic system.
Fittings are available according to norm DIN2353, fittings for flared pipes according to SAE J514 34° UNF and adapters with threads 60° BSP. All supplied fittings are available in Steel, stainless steel, Cupro- Nickel for specially designed applications or for high temperatures with VITON seal.

Flanges
SAE Flange Connectors are available in Standard and High-Pressure Series according to ISO 6162-1/2:2006 and SAE J518 C respectively.
SAE Flanges are used as a reliable alternative to regular pipe and tube connectors. Their biggest advantage is the considerably higher pressure resistance for many sizes and the continuous pressure level of the High-Pressure Series which can operate with maximum working pressures of up to 400 bar.
SAE Flanges are available as individual components, or complete with seals and suitable sets of bolts.

Clamps
Pipe clamps are used for the attachment of a pipe distribution system and hose line. These products are high quality and therefore do not transmit negative vibration and noise. Pipe holders are produced in a wide range and can be used anywhere.
The most commonly used clamps are according to DIN3015 standard for one and two rows of tubes, followed by the heavy-duty series for extreme operations. We also supply polyamide pipe clamps and an aluminum series for high temperatures. Weld and cover plates are available in stainless steel.

Hydraulic Cylinders
Double-acting differential cylinders with different clamping possibilities. Seals are selected in accordance with the reliable and easily available ISO standard. Optionally available with position sensor and limit switch.

Double Ferrule
A double ferrule compression fitting is the most common instrumentation style fitting. They are regularly used in process measurement and control systems in aerospace, defense, chemical processing plants, medical equipment, and oil & gas industries.
Compression fittings are made up of three components: nut, body, and ferrule (either single or double). This design creates a sequential grip on the tube. Instrumentation fittings have U.N.E.F. or (United National Extra Fine) threads and sizing is determined by the outside diameter of the tubing being used. The ferrule coins and compresses into the tube to provide a tight grip on the tube surface.
